    20 panelists gathered in Salem to hear from proponents and opponents of Measure 90, which would change Oregon’s primary elections process.

    The Citizens’ Initiative Review gives voters unbiased and factual information using a unique deliberative process based on hard evidence.

    Panelists concluded their review of Measure 92 11/20 panelists voted to oppose the measure, which would require labeling foods with genetically-modified ingredients.
