• Majority of Citizen Panelists Oppose Measure 90

    20 panelists gathered in Salem to hear from proponents and opponents of Measure 92, which would change Oregon’s primary elections process.

    The Citizens’ Initiative Review give voters with unbiased and factual information using a unique deliberative process based on hard evidence.
