The Hughes Civic Assembly will meet the weekend of April 12th and 13th, and the weekend of May 3rd and 4th, 2025. Delegates will be selected by lottery on May 18th.

Delegates will work together to answer the following question:

“Informed by the diverse needs of our community, what use of the Hughes site will contribute most effectively to Fort Collins’ long-term vitality and meet the requirements outlined in the 2021 ballot measure?”.

Delegates will be selected by lottery on May 18th. You will be contacted by email with details about the selection event, and to let you know if you have been selected as a Delegate.
