Your donation will be used to bring everyday people from Central Oregon together to help guide public decisions. We will use civic lotteries to select local residents to learn about an issue from multiple perspectives and make recommendations to local officials.

This project is a collaboration between the Central Oregon Civic Action Project, DemocracyNext, Healthy Democracy, and OSU Cascades Laboratory for the American Conversation.
